Refund Policy:

At HonuNalu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:

2. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that all tags, labels, and protective materials are intact.

3. You are responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. Please retain the shipping receipt as proof of return.

4. To complete the return process, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase. Please include this documentation with your returned item.

5. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.

6. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item.

7. In the case of a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Please note that this refund policy applies to purchases made directly from HonuNalu. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please refer to their return policy.

Mainufacturer Warranty:

HonuNalu offers a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may arise during normal use of our products.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team within the warranty period. We may request proof of purchase to validate the warranty claim.

Upon verification of the defect, we will either repair or replace the product, at our discretion, free of charge. If the exact product is no longer available, we will offer a comparable replacement.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications. It also does not cover damage resulting from improper care or storage.
